Traverse City Trails Festival

The Traverse City Trails Festival is one of the biggest fundraising events of the year for Northern Michigan Mountain Bike Association. This event brings together the local mountain bike community and riders from across the state for a chance race or tour the perfect course; some fast open sections for passing, plenty of singletrack and the right distance for all ability levels.

The 2026 Traverse City Trails Festival presented by Stone Hound Brewing is scheduled for September 26 at Timber Ridge!

What Is the Traverse City Trails Festival?

The TCTF includes races for beginners and pros. It also offers a Tour option that lets riders enjoy the trails at their own pace. This mountain bike race and tour features some of the most beloved singletrack trails in Northern Michigan!

Ways to Ride

The TCTF pioneered the option to race or tour the same course! Go as fast as you want or as slow as the speed of fun. This is about community as much as it is about competition! Even if you're new to singletrack, the TCTF route is a must-ride to experience the woods in a whole new way.

Proceeds from the TCTF go to support the Traverse City Trail Network.
