Glacial Hills Pathway is a unique trail system that has offered flow trails to Northern Michigan. Managed by a coalition of local governments and non-profits, Glacial Hills Pathway adds to Antrim County’s wonderful outdoor recreation landscape. Glacial Hills is open to mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. Certain loops are grooming in the winter for fat biking and snowshoeing.
With more than 30 miles of trails and multiple loops to choose from, every ride at Glacial Hills offers the opportunity to put together a completely new route. Trail volunteers do an incredible job of maintain excellent trail conditions year-round, with weekly work days all spring, summer and fall. Love what we're doing but only around a few times a year? Support us with a Vistor Day Pass!
Hunting is allowed at Glacial Hills. We advise trail users to avoid riding or hiking during the 2 hours after sunrise and the 2 hours before sunset during Michigan’s rifle season, which begins November 15 and ends December 1. There are other hunting seasons later in the season, so we ask all trail users to be respectful.
Our volunteers groom Glacial Hills when conditions allow all winter long. To support winter grooming at Glacial Hills, consider purchasing a grooming badge.
